About us

The practice was founded in 2006 by Sandy McAllister to continue work in the roadside, retail and crop research sectors. We are a design led, client focused practice based in Dundee and have clients and projects throughout the UK, Ireland, Europe Australia and Canada. We have a proven track record of delivering high quality, award winning consultancy services for all our clients.

We have a dedicated and committed team of professionals registered with the Architect’s Registration Board (ARB), Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS), Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). AMCA Architects are an RIAS Chartered Practice.

In addition to the core discipline of architecture, the practice undertakes the role of Principal Designer (CDM 2015) and we offer Project Management, Master Planning and Interior Design Services.

 

AMCA Architects are a SafeContractor Approved practice and a Corporate Member of the Association for Project Safety.

We have achieved full accreditation for ISO 9001: 2015 and have Citation accredited Health & Safety Management systems in place to ensure best practice quality assurance procedures for all projects.

All of our team are holders of CBRE Safety Passports, with our Principal also holding a UK PIA Safety Passport and being a Member of the Energy Institute with the Galileo Master Certificate in Renewable Energy Management and Finance.
