The brief was for the design of a two storey unit extending to GIA  2,700sqft sales on the ground floor level and 1,400sqft on the first floor. Site works involved the formation of retaining wall structures to give level access across the site, external services area, deliveries access and parking spaces for 30 Nr. vehicles.
